Property Check-ins
Let us look after your largest asset while you are away with a multi-point checklist covering everything from temperature checks, to potential water leaks, and signs of forced entry. Yes, we will also water your beloved house plants as well. All included for one low cost. We offer one-time, bi-weekly, or weekly check-ins to serve our clients. All of our property check in services are conducted without a longterm contract and are able to accommodate your schedules for emergencies, last minute vacations, or extended times away from your property (1+ month or more).

Monthly Supervision of Contracted Providers
If you already have an established and trusted network of home service providers we are happy to coordinate scheduling and confirmation of work completed by these providers on your behalf. All supervision includes an electronic report sent to you confirming work scheduled and work completed.

We enjoy partnering with some of the best property cleaners in the business. If you are looking for house cleaning services prior to a family gathering, party, or other occasions, we would be happy to help! If you are looking for a longer-term commitment we can work with you on customizing either a bi-weekly or weekly cleaning service schedule.
